The fifth Considerata Sale in South Africa was conducted by Johan and Devina Dannhauser, Considerata Stud at the Parys Afridome. Marker topper at R250,000 ($23,340 AU) was the three year old female, CSA 18 173 (first image) and heifer calf aside. The sale topper is a daughter of Limited Edition (Hilton/Element II). Successful purchaser of the breeding unit was Hurwitz Farming, Davel, Mpumalanga. A full ET sister to the sale topping female, CSA 18 0181 (second image) sold moments later with her bull calf for R190,000 ($17,423 AU). There were various Glenlands sires represented throughout the offering. A daughter of Pederson (Imparja/Yaralla Opollo) (third image) made R150,000 ($13,730 AU) and two sons of Pederson made R70,000 ($6420 AU) each (fourth and fifth images).

In all 31 Cows/Calves averaged R97,657 ($8950 AU), four PTIC females averaged R87,500 ($8020 AU), four bulls set an average of R86,667 ($7950 AU). Semen (124 straws) sold to highs of R15,000 ($1375 AU) per straw to average R4,571 ($420 AU per straw). Glenlands sires offered included 1086 (Mungalla 718), Swan 1636 (Swan 609), Wingfield Blarney (Sersema Potlemy), Swan Eagle Hawk (Swan Gene Wisdom), Element II (Glenlands 1049), Limited Edition, Que Sera (Element II), Quartermaster (Hadleigh) and Pederson. The top selling semen was for two packages in Pioneere (Maximus). Buyer of the top selling semen packages (five straw/package) were Stompie and Elri Olivier, Hotspot Stud, Oatlands, Ventersdorp and On Top Droughtmaster Studs.
